I still haven't bought an HD Radio. I didn't know about HDRadio.com's "locate a station" feature, that's pretty cool and I might use it when I'm in my crazy uncle's Jeep next month. He's one of those wacky tower operators that thinks HD Radio is the coolest thing since HD TV. I think what happened was, HD TV was kind of forced on people over time. HD Radio never got that backing and enforcement. Even many automakers, I hear, have stopped putting HD Radios in their new vehicles. That was where HD Radio was getting most of its listeners. One time I was shopping for a new car radio, so I started asking the Best Buy sales guy about HD Radio vs. regular radio. You're going to think I'm kidding, but I'm not. He fumbled over his words a bit, then said "this sound system has great output and will sound awesome in your car. You can even plug in your ipod!" I don't think he knew what radio was, much less HD Radio. Aww, that story just made me shed a tear.
