Here is my conspiracy theory - Mitch played one station against another. He had an offer from someone in or near the market to start his syndicated show and do a live daytime show. Tim Scott in his absolute whimsy saw this as an opportunity to stick it to a competitor, so he decided to revamp The Mic 92.1's line-up to fit Mitch, in the timeslot he almost certainly demanded as part of the deal not to go cross-town. Anyone else buying this angle?
