No rumor. It's a translator for WPJX-AM 1500 in Zion. There's the big FCC "AM Revitalization Plan" which involves the ability to buy and move a translator license 250 miles to translate an AM.

Polnet got one for WPJX-AM Zion. This will broadcast from one of 1500's 3 towers, and will be on 92.3FM

92.1's Distant (Grade B) coverage just happens to reach Zion. You can see that here: http://radio-locator.com/pats/WVTY_FM_LU.gif

They bought it from WRVM and it's moving from Plymouth, WI.

By the way for those in Madison, WNWC 1190 bought a translator. 1550 WHIT also got one.
