I'm sure traffic is loaded into the system and then dragged and dropped into the automation system (Nexgen? Scott Studios?). Frequently things are named similarly and the entire file name might even be truncated because of the size of the screen or window the person has. No excuse though and someone with OCD would have listened to at least the beginning of each thing dragged in before closing up shop for the day.
