I Agree That The One Decent Book Then Flee Tactic Is Shameful. It Is Done Oftentimes By Consultants Hired To Turn A Station Around (Ala Steve Perun In Chicago At WKSC).

You Always Look Out For #1 And J&T Received A Chance To Get Out Of This Market Size And Go Upward. Isn't That What We Are All Striving For Here? Sure Some Want To Be Lifers Due To Family Or Just Being Complacent But A Lot Of Us Younger Guys Are In Madison With The Goal Of Developing Our Skills And Using Those Resume Building Assets As A Way To Move Our Career Forward.
