I think thats a great idea!! Even in small market radio management doesnt care about the listeners its all about the $$. He is taking time to ask what the listeners want. Great job and best of luck Fletcher!!
: Heard a little bit of Fletch delivering a (pre-recorded) message to Q106 listeners this morning. I only caught the tail end of it, but Fletch is basically opening up his e-mail inbox to listeners who wish to share their opinions on the station--good, bad, or otherwise. One could interpret this as the start of possible changes/adjustments to the station, or even just a simple way to entice listeners who have felt alienated by the station over the past couple of years. What do you think?
