Q106.3 won't move forward until Midwest keeps a programmer longer than 18 months or 2 years. Does not bode well that 4 seperate programmers have occupied the big chair in 4 years. Dating back to Mark Grantin in 2007. How can a station build consistency with that much turnover? The answer is you cannot. There have been 2 or 3 very different sounding radio stations in that period of time all under the "Q" brand. The listeners must be baffled based on the latest ratings. You could hardly blame them.

Fletcher seems like a good programmer and a true Madison boy. Let's see if he sticks around longer than the others. If not, at some point you need to quit looking at that particular chair and perhaps focus higher up the chain of command to the market manager, etc. Someone is not doing something right.
