Here's the audio as heard on Triple M. It wasn't specific to Triple M -- other stations had the same garbled audio. I also have video from WISC-TV with the same bad audio, but the video didn't turn out as well.
Not sure why the audio level dipped on WMMM shortly before the EAS activation. Not trying to pick on 'MMM -- chose them to record as they're my fave Madison radio station.
