The moment you place an FCC licensed microphone in front of someone (such as El Fatbo) they are bound by “community standards,” dictated by a station’s license, which supersedes 1st Amendment rights. I am not a lawyer – and wish one would offer comment – but I believe Clear Channel would not have installed a “Zero Tolerance” policy if this were not the case.
