Longtime Milwaukee broadcaster Jack Lee has announced he is retiring from Milwaukee Radio Group where he’s overseen the four-station cluster’s online operation since 2006. Lee, 76, has been in the market since 1964. The Journal-Sentinel says Lee is a second-generation broadcaster: his father owned a station in Cookeville, TN where he first appeared at age 6. Besides his on-air work, Lee also led the Milwaukee Area Radio Stations trade group from 1989 to 2006.
