They had implemented a very stern-sounding TOH tone a few years back, but had stopped using it for a while, probably a year or more.

The tone is back, but the new tone is more a beep than a chime, and I personally don't like it. Sounds more like the beginning of a EBS test, or the opening tone of a Morse Code message. At first I thought there was something wrong with my radio.

New promo voice, new "contests" disclaimer (which runs about 8 minutes), giving out the temperature in West Bend, and now a new tone. That consultant is really lighting things up over there.
