Been that way since January 9th or 10th. They know about it. I called them and let them know. Someone will have to go and fix it.

Something probably went wrong with the satellite and they really do not have anybody there to do anything.

All ownership is based in Appleton, so they would have to have someone drive down there to fix it or get a regional engineer down there, and if they couldn't fix it at the first attempt, they'd have to wait for parts and try again. It could be this way for awhile.

Trust me, the place has seen better days.
