When there is a press conference such as the ones just held by John Kerry and President Obama, where is a good place to hear them on the radio? I first thought of 620 WTMJ because of its former reputation for impartial news gathering and reporting, but instead of the press conferences it was Charlie Sykes talking OVER the press conferences in a mocking tone. 1130 WISN was just Vikki McKenna talking about Common Core and the weakness of the Obama administration against Russia. The old WMCS 1290 is gone so I don't know where else to turn. Is WPR still on in Milwaukee and if so where and how good is that station for what I'm looking for, straight news coverage of timely events? Is there anywhere better? Thanks all!
