Ther'es no doubt this deal will be approved. There's been little to no chatter from the fed and shareholder groups. I want to say this is bad because Charter has remarkably worse customer support scores vs. TWC, but Comcast also has abysmal customer service remarks. I don't know that any cable or IP TV company is ever going to rank high.
